  I have been doing business with Dean Insurance group for about 5 years now. Prior to doing business with Dean insurance group I looked at my insurance company as a company I would pay more and more money to each year with no claims and no points on my license. I met my old agent once and just figured that’s how it was suppose to be. Once I became a member of the Dean insurance group I have received the best service that anyone could ask for. I receive emails all the time letting me know that they found another discount for me and that my rate would be lowered. I have personally met numerous staff members of the agency and feel at home every time I talk to them. I have since added to my policy and it has been done with ease. They are a Truly professional outfit that I am proud to call my insurance company. I have referred numerous people to their agency and those people have been more then pleased with the results.

  Have been with Dean Insurance Group for 2 years. Rachel and her team are very professional and courteous. They take care of all of our family's insurance needs with dedication plus continues to help review our policies for maximum discounts! Rachel is also very attentive to her customers, unlike other agents I have been with where they always have their office staff respond to customers and never ever had direct contact with the agent listed. I highly recommend Rachel and her team for all insurance needs!
