  Extremely poor customer service by Manager; when trying to politely explain a request to him he cut me off mid sentence and tried to tell me what I wanted before I had the chance to finish. He had confused what I wanted and when I tried to explain a second time he became agitated and impatient speaking rudely down to me in front of others in the shop. There wasn't a long line and another staff member was also helping others so his attitude was not warranted. I much prefer the UPS in Powell; the staff there have been nothing but extremely kind, articulate and attentive: worth the 5 minute drive North.

  I have been working with the amazing folks at this UPS store location for a few years now, and they have went out of their way to make things run as efficiently for my business as possible. They always refer to me by my name and are incredibly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in Dublin who needs shipping or printing services.

  Its all a scam... Worked there for almost 10 yrs and they tell you what you want to hear and not what you need to hear, and then charge you ridiculous rates.... Was told I didn't need 3 day guarantee and took over 5 days to get a package. Its stupid, a racket and they will continue to screw employees and customers as long as the teamsters are involved...
